- The design is very nice, it's easy and you don't have to get used to it.


2. Do you like the current goods in the points exchange center? If not, what else would you like us to add?

- Current goods aren't very motivating to change your points to. It would be better if you had cheapest usb flash drives, sd cards, maybe small screwdrivers for glasses or cheap earphones, etc.  - the useful stuff, that everybody needs. I, myself, don't want to change my points to any of stuff provided.
3. Do you think it's easy to earn FP points? Why?


- It's not hard to earn some points. You can always rate and review your orders, to get some (the main con about it that negative reviews just don't go through, because of strong censure, and it's not right at all). But if you want to have a big amount of points, you certainly need to buy a lot of stuff and review it.

4. Do you have any other advice? :)

• Popularize the point exchange, to get more attention to it. It will motivate people to buy and review stuff.
  
• Always include some points in prizes, if you have any promotions or maybe competitions running.
  
• Add some extra points to the goods, which are selling bad, to motivate more to buy them.
  
• Do some extra point lucky draws on public holidays, or something like that.
  
• Bring the Point Exchange Banner on the main page in the Exclusively at FocalPrice category
  

It was first not very well explained, So I lost my 400 points, didn't even knew I was playing with them.

Removed. Best guess is legal issues, since a lot of that stuff wasn't supported by the company that made Angry Birds.

Yes. I dont have points to exchange so i'm not worry with the goods that have on it at the moment. But when i have points i will like exchange for electronic stuff, maybe tabkets.

- More or less. If you are a good buyer it's ok because you can write reviews, upload photos/videos to get some points.
But if you are not so good buyer it's a little dificult to get points.
- I noticed that the different levels now gain the same points when making a purchase. Formerly the more advanced levels earn more points that low levels. I think this method should return, because this is an incentive to buy more. And I think $1 should value 2 points.

4. Do you have any other advice? :)
- Add more products to exchange.
- Point Exchange need stay more visible on the site, it's hard to find the Poit Exchange page.

1. Yea, its very simple just like all focalprice.
2. I like stuff in the exchange section and you could add all your cheapest stuff there because people love freebies. I am sure everyone who gets a free item just for points will trust you when they need a more expensive gadget.
3. It's not easy to get a lot of them but its fine if you just want a free keychain.
4. I advise you to make more fun contest where people could win small amounts of points just to keep members active.

I love everything about it. I ordered a package from focal price !3 days ago, regular shipping and got it today, I was so happy!!!!!! My friend got me some points on  my old account, which focal price is doing their best to solve the problem. I exchanged it like 10 days ago and cannot wait till it arrives. Keep up the amazing work!!!!!!!!! :D i am starting to do some reviews on my youtube account, im saving up for that tripod holder so i do not have to hold my camera.

-Goods are normal, some are quite interesting, but i still don't see anything that i would like to change my points to.
Maybe you can post some old stuff that was in your warehouse and needs to be replaced already. It will totally be exchanged there. And certanly such essentials as earphones or usb cards

Maybe you should do a discounts for multiple item echange in the section.
It like item A costs 300 points, item B costs 500 points, but if you redeem them together it will cost you 750 points
