are there any tablets as cheap as this one (at least cheaper than 140$), only on ARM 1ghz processors, with 512RAM, with older androids and flash support ?

flash player 11 is already supported by ICS 4.0 but only mips processors dont supported.

estou querendo comprar um tablet  ainol 7 paladin , mas quero saber se pega 3g , ou  se tem como eu colocar um adapitador pelo o usb  no usb do tablet, a entrada usb serve como entrada para o modem 3g.

Yes, it seems on different (ARM Cortex) platform, but since the shopping name is almost the same peopl may look for specs here as well.
